Terms of use

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Accounts are for one person; sharing credentials or redistributing course material is grounds for suspension without refund.

2. Course licence

When you purchase a course on GuitarGurus you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to stream the material for as long as the platform operates. You may download provided resources for your own practice. You may not re-upload, resell or publicly perform the course videos.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, acting as merchant of record. Prices are shown in INR and include applicable taxes where required. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Refunds

Request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing support@guitargurus.com and we will return the full amount to your original payment method.

5. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Courses may be updated, restructured or retired; if a course you own is retired you keep access to the material you purchased.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email to registered users.
